Fresh seafood in Canberra can be difficult to source, however we have established relationships with fresh seafood suppliers, fishermen and oyster growers, sourcing fresh seafood and oysters daily. All our oysters are shucked to order and sourced from the finest farms around the South Coast. Our dishes are created around the natural and fresh flavors of the seafood and you know that you will be getting the best and freshest quality available with fun friendly service, you may even catch Chef at the markets in the mornings hand selecting some of the daily produce.
